The Crabby Bum

On a beach far from crab traps and other ocean obstacles that wanted to take his life was a crabby ole blue crab. Now, he wasn't always crabby. In the beginning of his retired life, he sat on those white sands in his Hawaiian shirt, wearing dark sunglasses with a refreshing drink while enjoying his new lifestyle of doing nothing. Life was good for this crustacean. He had his home close to shore that he could escape to for naps and meals and a beach to relax on. Still, he was not happy because his shell kept getting burnt. One day relaxing on the sand after a night's storm he noticed a colorful shell. He decided to check it out closer. He called out the name on the shell but, good ole boy Richardson didn't answer back. Four days later he figured Richardson had abandoned his home and it was now up for grabs. With a great deal of time finagling the abandoned home he managed to "cover his shell" with it. It was the answer to one of his problems. The other, well he's still crabby but I think that is from wondering if Richardson will ever come back for what's his. Since finding his shell covering, he has become quite a favorite to many businesses and individuals. We never thought The Crabby Bum would gain a following, but he has.
